1935 Atlantic Coast Air Services "Tram Tickets": First printing From 1935 until c1939, Atlantic Coast Air Services (later Lundy and Atlantic Coasts Air Lines) carried mail by air to Barnstable.

1979 50th Anniversary of Lundy Post In 1928, the GPO closed their sub-post office on the island. The Island owner, Martin Harman initially provide a free mail service, but on 1 November 1929, to defray costs, he introduced Lundy stamps.

1994 750th Anniversary of Marisco Castle In 1238, William de Marisco was put to death after being implicated in a plot against Henry III. In order to secure Lundy, Henry III had the castle constructed and garrisoned. It was completed by May 1244.
